The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ₱200. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, jll33 and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorized access to account information.
jll33's aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jll33 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside jll33's reasonable control (including telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions).

jll33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jll33 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purposes; (c) the account holder is ineligible to hold an account under Section 2; or (d) jll33 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
You may request closure of your jll33 account at any time by contacting jll33 customer support via live chat. Upon receipt of a closure request, jll33 will process the closure and return any remaining verified account balance (net of applicable bonus forfeiture) to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.
Upon account termination — whether initiated by jll33 or the account holder — all bonus balances and loyalty points associated with the account are immediately forfeited.
